LIFE IS A JOURNEY.
You and I aren’t here by chance or by accident; God put us on this journey called life. We have been on it since the day we were born and it won’t end until our time on earth is finished. But what kind of journey has it been so far for you?
For many people life is a constant struggle just to survive. Others have everything they could ever want yet remain bored, unsatisfied and unfulfilled. Their life is aimless and empty, without any real purpose or direction and often ends with self-destruction.
God has a plan and purpose for every person, although many people go through life without ever thinking about it. But their lack of awareness doesn’t alter the fact that God put each of us here for a reason. Jesus said, “I have come that you might have life, and have it more abundantly” (John 10:10).
CAN MY LIFE BE ANY DIFFERENT?
The answer to that question is in your hands. You can’t change the past, but with God’s help you can change your future. He knows all about you: your strengths and weaknesses, your faults, failures and heartaches. But He doesn’t want you to be shackled by the past. Instead, He wants to free you from your old ways and put your feet on a brand new path—His path.
Do you really want to change? Perhaps you realize your life is turning out far differently than you’d hoped, and you want to change direction before it’s too late.
You can laugh at Christianity; you can mock and ridicule it. But it changes lives. Only the gospel of Jesus Christ has the power to change people and deliver them from the penalty and power of sin. Forgiveness of sins and salvation can be yours today. “For Christ suffered once for sins, the righteous for the unrighteous, that He might bring us to God” (1 Peter 3:18).
Life’s greatest discovery is that you can know God personally and walk with Him every day. You can enjoy abundant life on earth and have eternal life in heaven by faith in Christ.
WATCH NOW AND MAKE YOUR DECISION.
Deep down there’s a place within each of us that is made for one thing: a personal relationship with God. When Norman was a young engineer in South Africa, one defining moment and one life-changing decision charted the course for the rest of his life… Check out the videos >>
GOD’S ONLY WAY OF SALVATION.
Many people think they can find God, and salvation, any number of ways. One God, many paths, they say. You just have to find the right one that works for you. This is a false and dangerous belief, because those are all roads that go nowhere near heaven. Worse, they lead straight to hell.
Just like the road from New York to Chicago won’t lead to Miami, there’s only one way that leads to heaven — through Jesus Christ (John 14:6). Jesus declared: “I am the way.” Jesus does not merely show the way; He is the only way to God.
THE GOSPEL IS GOOD NEWS FOR ALL PEOPLE.
Have you received Jesus Christ as your Savior and Lord? You can begin life’s journey afresh by following these simple steps and committing your life to Christ…
1: Agree with God that you are a lost sinner unable to save yourself. “God shows His love for us in that while we were still sinners, Christ died for us” (Romans 5:8).
2: Believe that Jesus Christ died for your sins and invite Him to be your Lord and Savior. “To all who did receive Him, who believed in His name, He gave the right to become children of God” (John 1:12).
3: Confess the Lord Jesus Christ. “If you confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord and believe in your heart that God raised Him from the dead, you will be saved” (Romans 10:9).
You can invite Jesus Christ into your life right now by praying this prayer in faith…
“Lord Jesus, I am grateful that You died for me on the cross and rose from the dead. I come to You as a sinner in need of Your forgiveness and salvation. I know there is nothing that I can do to save myself or to work my way into heaven. I take You at Your Word and put my trust in John 3:16 and Romans 10:13. Right here, right now, I make the decision to turn from my sins and receive You into my life as my Lord and Savior. Today, and for the rest of my life, I ask that You help me to live in a way that pleases you. Guide my life according to Your will and teach me to walk in Your ways. Thank You for saving me. Amen!”
